UBER BILLING ISSUES.
Dear Sir,
Yesterday i took a ride from uber which was to cost 484/- for the ride, however, Uber charged me 1156/-rs for the ride and they deduct this amount whithout asking this from me. This was very misleading and at night arround 2am i had to suffer due to this because us Uber unstructed behavior.
I paid the money of 485 instantly after the ride was completed and suddenly after some time Uber deducted 671rs more from the linked account. It was just a 13 km ride and they charged 1150 for this. Was this information helpful? |
