Uberindia — I had an issue with my fare.

I booked an uberpool from Noida sec-99 to sec- 18. As i had booked a pool cab the fare shown to me was rs 49 only. The driver's net was not working properly so he was having provlem with his navigation system . After my pickup there was another pickup of a lady and he was having the same navigation problem with that trip also so i helped him in finding the way. After he picked and dropped the lady, he dropped me at sec-18 Noida and was charged 149rs, 100 rs extra and when i complaint about this issue the people said that i had changed my drop location and changed the direction of my cab or else i would have cancelled my cab after my pickup. Why would i cancel my ride after being picked up and the problem was with the driver's navigation and his network problem. It was the driver's fault why m i being charged for this and nor are you refunding the money u had extra charged on me. I want an action to be taken on my matter and would like my money to be refunded as it was not my fault the problem was with the driver's netwok.
