Uc Solutions — scam agreement, calling for money | |||||
I would like to report about a online job scam company named uc solutions, that i recently encountered. I received a phone call on june 27th from +91 [protected]. Upon picking up, the receiver introduced a work from home form filling job. As there would be no investment, i have given them my details (Aadhar card photo). Then they called me a verification call and had sent a pdf copy of a legal agreement on my email without my consent. As soon as i saw the agreement, i refused to cooperate and requested a cancellation of the agreement which i never signed. I contacted them through their email helpline and they convened me to pay 3000 instead of 5000 as i didn't start the job. After paying them 3000 on their desired bank account, they sent me a noc from the company and everything was settled before they called again on july 20th. This time it was an advocate threatened me to pay 2000 more or he will file a case against me on court. As i have the noc, i refused to pay and he hung up the call after saying he will see me in court. The agreement doesn't have my sign, and if there would be any, the noc clearly states that there will be no further complaint from their side regarding the agreement. After having all these proofs, if i pay them 2000 now, nothing is stopping them to ask for more in future. As i was searching this matter, i came to know that not only me, there are a lot of people affected by this scam with this agreement and threatening of count case. I have attached all the information i have regarding this situation with this mail. Please take appropriate action against this company and advise others to steer clear about this scam.
