Uco Bank — amazon.in claimed to have issued refund but amount not credited in bank account | |||
On 8th of july, 2020, amazon.in has claimed to have issued a refund of rs. 32, 510 /- against a uco bank debit card and confirmed the same with an rrn (Refund reference number): 1cw7mjl60000k19z4yat. The company further confirmed that the amount would be available in the savings account tentatively by 13th july. By far, almost two months have passed no money has been credited by the bank in the savings account. In the meanwhile, i have visited the bank branch numerous times and lodged online complaints in the bank's grievance redressal system, but to no avail. They even don't confirm whether they have lodged a "charge dispute" case against my complaint. In the circumstances, i request the forum to kindly takeup the issue with the bank and make them credit the amount immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
