In irctc when I chose uco bank internet banking for payment it shows message #rejected by bank.you can choose another option and try again#I am trying it for last two days but same message shows everytime

I tried to withdrawh rs 5000 my uco bank ATM card but it was declined.other atm machine sbi bank main bazar opp shivala sooda da plz refund my payment
But my hard earned Rs 5000 was deducted on dated[protected]06/02/2019 01:36pm and my ATM I'd my account num =[protected]
Rs. 5, 000 withdrawn on Card XX0448 on 06-02-19, 13:36:13 at SBI MAIN BAZZAR MOGA, CHANDIGHAR ATM ID-NFUC0000.Avl Bal Rs. 22.73.Report Dispute-https://bit.ly/2PZk2N5

I tried to add 1500 rs from UCO debit card to Airtel payment bank on 7 April 2021..But it declined the transaction..
But my 1500rs got deducted from uco account..
They said that if bank has deducted money then they will refund in 5 days but still there is no refund..please look into this and refund my hard earned money back..

Sir I tried recharging my Tata sky account from my UCO bank Debit card thrice amounting to Rs. 200/- each. After receiving the otp and entering it recharge was not successful and I didn’t receive the debited sms from the bank.
But after 10 mins I got a message that my account has been debited by Rs.200 thrice.

Money deducted from ATM but not delivered.I was tried to withdraw 7000 rs on sbi ATM machine at sarai ward Chandrapur but money was deducted but not delivered.
