I’m writing this mail concerning about the amount of my bank a/c that has been held from your end. Only grievance I want to be addressed and helped with is to un hold the very amount of Rs.3000/-. It’s almost been a week since the glitch came into being. I am unable to withstand such a blunder for considerably long period.

On 27.08.2023 at the time of 09.14.34AM i try to withdrawn Rs.3000/-for using my debit card no.[protected]. in CIty Union Bank, Manjakollai ATM ID is CUB01755. The Transaction reference is[protected]. The money is debited in my account but the ATM machine is not issued the money. i get the money debit massage form UCO Bank. after that i wait one day for automatic recredit. But still now i am received my money.

Today i went to bank for withdrawn cash. Mene jab check fill krr cashier ko dia to . Mene amount 'twenty one hundred rupees' bhara ta par cashier told me it is 21 thousand. He reject my check three time . And asking me bad word tu' anpad gawar .' jo mujhe mentally kafi bure lgge . Mere pass proof bhi hai.

Sir/ Mam,
We Have Request them to create limit before our account in the above mentioned branch. Being requesting them again and again And Being harassed, after Sometime They shifted our account from Above Mentioned Branch to New Grain Mandi Branch .
What was the Reason Of Shifting ? What Was The Reason Behind That Limit Can't b opened in Old Branch??

Now we have a car loan running from 2018 whose outstanding have been cleared.. but the bank manager ( Old GT road) is not willing to give in written that the overdues has been cleared by us.

And many things happen ""tu tu tu is their language to talk with the customer""
Is this Behaviour Of being a Manager of such a Big Bank ??

Now The main thing I wanna mention is They Have Taken Rs 40, 000/- As a Bribe for Giving Us The Limit ( Given In Cash )
Othervise they denied of Giving that

I placed an order by debit card for Rs 949.05 on 06.01.2023 and then after two days cancel the order and they initiate my refund but still not received in my bank account.

I ordered the Kokal Baby Girls Angel Pari Dress for Rs. 698 on 31st Oct'22. I received that product on 3rd Nov'22. Due to size and quality of material, I returned that product on the same day, for which refund was initiated and issued to my old saving bank account which is inactive ( UCO Bank, Branch-Gwarighat, Jabalpur), with Reference Id[protected].
I have called many times and register the complain regarding same, but I didn't receive my money yet.
When I spoke to Amazon customer care executive they said bank will give you the money we can't do anything. If I spoke to UCO Bank they said money can't be transferred to permanent closed account and they didn't even reply over mail and telephone.
How can I get my money back?
Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

At your Dakshineswar branch. Kolkata- 700076, I have been promised locker to be made available since last few months but every time I ask for it; get the same reply that Head Office is procastinating . Even today, they told H.O assured to deliver new locker cabinets in a week or at the earliest. Pleaee look into the matter and confirm the velocity.
