Uco Bank — amount deducted from account but failed transaction

I, gunashekar. V an employee of isi, holding salary account in uco bank, kengeri branch, bangalore with account no.[protected].

I did a debit card transaction on 11/09/2017 6p. M of rs.6100. The amount got deducted but the transaction failed.
On 03/10/2017, a transaction of 1500 failed with amount deduction.
I raised complaint to the bank staff but there is no response or action taken neither amount got refunded.

People sitting in uco bank in the name of staff are providing worst customer service.

There are lot of issues with loan emi deduction as well.
Don't play with customers' money. For providing such kind of service, it is better to please shut down the bank.
Private banks are far better, secure and provide timely services.

At Munshirhat UCO branch, ATM always disfunctioning due to one or other reason. We have to draw money from SBI ATM. Rules are there to deduct money from my account if we use ATM card of a bank to other bank's ATM machine after a limited number. what shall we do? KINDLY DO something to regularise UCO ATM.
