I had applied for an education loan amounting 6 Lakhs through vidyalakshmi.co.in on 26 March 18. Since then, I had visited the Bank many times but the Branch Manager of UCO Bank, Kamakhyanagar is not sanctioning the loan stating different stories. From 4th June 18, I am visiting the bank regularly but everytime the Manager is telling to come after two days....

Sir, i registered online in uco bank website to open an saving account in uchalan branch code ucba0001010 vill&po uchalan dist burdwan on 21 may and i got application ref. My recurring account no #[protected] has been matured on 04th may 2018 but till today 19th may 2018.

I contacted iterators kanthal bagan be they say to give letter for transferring the amount.
Please note i will not give any letter regarding this.

I also want to know who will give difference day, (15day's) interest amount.

If i do not get the matured amount with 15 days...

I was trying to add money in my paytm wallet using my uco debit card but the payment failed. I tried it 2-3 times but the payment was failing everytime. It had happened earlier also it is working in atm but is not working for online payments.
Sometime it shows it needs bank approval, but after sometime it shows the payment is failed. This is not leting me do any online transactions....

I had the same experience with this bank. It's not the first time I am facing the refund issue. I did some purchase on amazon and myntra. The time frame that they tell is 7-10 days fir the refund to reflect in the account. But i havent received the amouns yet after 10 days.
