I want to draw your kind notice that I have successfully linked my aadar number with bank account but the bank officers are not doing link my bank account under NPCI . they are saying that npci service is not available in bank . due to it my LPG subsidy is stopped .my bank account no is [protected] . Dear Sir,
My account in UCO bank duliajan ICFC code is ucba0000737 aact number [protected] name Rajesh Dey. I have to get a amout of Rs 240 in my acct reference id is[protected] but amount is not added in my acct. So please check the reference id's transaction and please solve my problem. I am trying since last 10 days but the problem is not solved... This amount id is given by aazon.in...The company says that the transaction was done by us but the amount can not be transfer in my account. So please take action immidetly and please dispute my money in my account

I have initiated a recharge of 398 via paytm on 8 july, which did not succeed and I raised a complaint to paytm customer service, they said they have already refunded my amount but bank has still not credited my amount and no one is anwerable at UCO customer care.
Before a month ago my 1000 has been debited at ATM that money too has not been received yet.
I am really disappointed by UCO customer service.

I ordered a book from flipkart but they were not able to deliver on time so it was returned but I have not received the refund yet. I contacted the Flipkart customer care and they told me that the refund has been initiated from their side and for further enquiry I need to contact my bank. The reference number for the refund is NUR[protected]. The refund amount was supposed to be credited by the 9th of July but it has not been credited yet.

I am very sorry to write that I am very disappointed by the service delivery and undue delay of loan approval from general loan department, Khanna branch, Punjab towards my bank account [protected]. I find discrepancy in the information provided. I feel that i have been misguided by the UCO bank's statement that it has launched UCO skills loan scheme for providing loan facility to individuals who intend to take up skills development courses. In the light of the fact, with a hope to help support my son 's future aspirations to study overseas and make a career, i also made a loan application on 22 May 2018 for the loan amount of 1000000 rupees but bank agreed with 900000 rupees to help pay course fees charged by educations provider.

I provided all the relevant documentation and satisfied conditions as instructed by bank in the first few days of application made . Since then i have made multiple rounds to bank on various days but i am being told to come later and later due to various reasons such as transfer of old manager, appointment of new manager and three monthly accounts closures etc.

It was very disheartening to hear that previous Manager of the branch Mr Ravinder K had not even processed the application, We were under pressure from overseas school but we could nor proceed due to funding issues, it has been nearly two months with nil outcome.

Now I have managed to occupy my son's place in August intake but I fear bank will let me down one more time and might trigger strong emotions. I do not know how banking internal system and processes work but I can only humbly request you to look into this matter and direct release of loan amount to prevent unnecessary delay. It is causing unnecessary distress to me and my family. I want a definite and certain answer from bank and do not expect false hopes and promise and assurances.

I have been told by people of the community regarding bad reputation of the bank employees such as negligence and untrustworthiness, therefore I am bringing this matter to your kind attention as i do not want to take this matter to any further I am requesting to investigate this request and early release of loan money.

But I don't know why I didn't receive any money on my account.Evn thought I tried calling the UCO bank service but..no one answered my call..

Yesterday i purchased a cloth of rs.449.51 from reliance retail limited, reliance trends ambition sapphire, block a bailey road, khajpura patna 800014 and tried to pay through debit card no 6522#1625 against my account no.20500#816but swep machine show declined transaction. After few minutes i got a message on my registered mobile that amount was deducted from my account but amount not credited to the account of reliance, patna. Therefore you are requested to credit the amount in my account if not paid otherwise give the transaction id for further correspondence. I am very sorry to say that your customers care services is worst because no any response was given after trying to contact many times.

3. That i am many time request to uco bank ajauli manager for loan, i have urgent need for loan because some purpose i. E. I want to grow my business and i repair or modify my office as well bc location, and construction or repair of my house and i have some money for personal need, when i talking to manager for it, he did not listen my conversation/baatcheet, and say that i do not gave to loan you, when i asking the reason, he say that its my wish (Meri marji). It is worthwhile to mentioned here that i have one pucha house, which was cover in 3 marla, and separate 2 kanal land, and i have one cyber cafe and photography shop that was registered in csc (Digital india) i have registration proof, and 2 year income tax returned that is above 2 lakh, so open question in my mind when the manager provide loan the all public then why should he ignore me or not provide the loan, i am ready to gave security but he did not listen my conversation/galbat its clear that he is personally grudge with me.
4. That i personal watch the behavior of the uco bank ajauli branch employee towards the me and all general public, they are not working properly, misbehave the customer, because in the month of september 2017 my saving account [protected] was debit[protected]+300) when i ask the manager for it he say that i cannot know about this transaction, he say that you was withdraw but it worthwhile to mention here that i do not have any transaction of 5700, when i ask if my account was debit in which account was money credit but he did not solve my problem i am many times go in the branch and gave application regarding it but, he was did not gave me any sufficient answer, when i ask from it, he was say i am investigation it, after the 9 month uco bank ajauli and its manager failed to track and returned my money, and specially uco bank ajauli branch failed to protect the accounts. And another problem of the customer is when any person go to bank for entry then every time he say that problem in entry machine, and internet is not working.

I had applied for an education loan amounting 6 Lakhs through vidyalakshmi.co.in on 26 March 18. Since then, I had visited the Bank many times but the Branch Manager o[censored]CO Bank, Kamakhyanagar is not sanctioning the loan stating different stories. From 4th June 18, I am visiting the bank regularly but everytime the Manager is telling to come after two days.

A copy of my ppo no[protected] is forwarded to united commercial bank somatwar bhawan ex nagpur - 440001 from records the mahar regiment pin - 900 127 vide letter no 4547703/fp dt 20 apr 2018. Copy of same is also recd by uco bank kalau branch shergarh jodhpur. But still i haven't recd my family pension.

I hereby request you to look into the matter and take favourable action please so that i can receive my pension in time. I am waiting for the same for a long time.

My father Mr. Anoop Kumar Srivastava transferred Rs. 10000 on[protected] through IMPS o[censored]CO Mobile Banking App, the amount was deducted from my father's account but the amount was not credited to the account of beneficiary. My father spoke to the customer care executive o[censored]CO Bank, he told him that, 'wait for 24-48 hours working day and the amount would be refunded to your account.' But till now no amount has been refunded.
Please help in this regard!
