Dear sir/madam

This is to bring to your notice, i haven't received the return deposit for the following attached transactions into my account via debit card, dated 21st november, 2017, as a return credit from jabong (For three sweaters from two different order numbers - [protected] and [protected]).

They did send me grievance link in the first week of december. But the page wasnt working at least for 15 days. I tried contacting my bank branch : hpmidc, shimla, asking them to track the transaction. They have been highly unresponsive and indifferent towards the dispute raised.
I even tried filling your grievance form, however, it seems to have some technical error, as it kept asking to re enter the cache.

Please make a note of the transaction arn numbers :

I have a locker with UCO Bank - Ballygunge Branch Kolkata. Last year higher locker rent was deducted and I was told not to worry as two years rent has been deducted. This year again higher locker rent has been deducted, when I checked I found it's 'D' category locker rent of Rupees 4400 and as per UCO Bank's Locker category, D is a large category locker is of B category, and a MEDUM sized Locker.

When I complained to the bank I received a very funny response that I have a 'D' Category MEDIUM sized Locker (I have this email from the bank), whose number is xxx/B. I called branch manager and asked can you share the Locker rent matrix mentioning D category is medium please. He told no no you have a D category medium sized Locker and the rent is Rs 4400 (Imagine UCO Bank Medium Sized Locker rent is so high than State Bank and even more than HSBC/ HDFC kind of Bank). I'm enclosing the rent matrix o[censored]CO Bank where D is clearly mentioned as LARGE.

Bank first does mistake and then adamantly defends that with illogical reason and excuses instead of being apologetic. They didn't even sent me SMS notification of the deduction.

Need a resolution of all charge reversal with interest and an apology. Enclosing the Locker Rent matrix sheet with D as LARGE Category.

I used my uco bank debit card for online shopping of sketchers women black shoes and mimi poko pant diaper amounting rs.3236/-on 27th december 2017 but my payment showed decline. However above mentioned amount was deducted from my account. As i contacted amazon customer service i was told by dealing staff that my money is in my bank's server because they decline my payment. But till now it is not yet credited in my account. So you are requested to do the needful.

Hello team,

I stay in pune and my account is opened in delhi branch. I have my passbook and i want to get my atm kit so i talked with customer care and they said you can get your atm card from any branch o[censored]co bank across india.
Now the bank employee who sits in pune, yerwada branch they said you can get it from home branch only.
Either customer care is lied to me or bank people.
Please take an necessary action about this.

I need to reset my Internet Banking password and my Debit Card is expired. Customer Care asks to contact branch and branch won't respond in any form, by call or by mail. I'm in a different city and will not be able to physically visit the branch. I'm stuck with a 20-min wait for a customer care executive to pick up a call and then disconnect without responding and a bank branch which won't respond. I am horrified to think what would happen if someone else was not able to help me. I will never be able to trust this bank again. Will transfer my account as soon as possible. And for those who still have their accounts, Good Luck unless you can visit your bank branch!

I have apply pmegpy through loan in uco bank but last 5 months not give loan uco bank. Uco bank branch manager and loan department officer always round bank by 5 months but loan is not given. I have did complaint but no responce uco bank and uco branch manager asked me "you give income tax return give me". But i did income tax return to pmegp yojana profit not used. Kindly request to sir/madam that other bank loan without income tax return through give loan so why are not give loan money bank. Uco bank branch manager said me i have not given loan and said you complaint anywhere you but not given loan. So i ask reason but bank manager not respond. I said you given writing latter me that why are not loan issue but branch manager not give...

I bought a jeans from myntra.. And for the payment i used my debit card o[censored]co bank.. For the size issue, i was returned it to myntra on 12 th dec 2017... They told me that my refund amount was reflected in my bank account by 22th dec... Today is 24th dec, tillnow i didnot get any money... Few minutes ago i was talking with a customer care executive of myntra.. He told me that the initiate my refund on 12 dec 2017... They give me bank reference number also that is[protected]... Now my question is why i am not getting my money... Its your bank problem

I have account in branch o[censored]co bank branches dwarka, branch code 001871 my account no.[protected]. I have been facing problem of doing fd since a month back as my balance still lying in my account since that time.
I have one fd in my account which was matured and the ammount transferred my account.
One lady she says i my manager of this branch today also she refused to do my fd and she gave me a bank account closer form to close account.
She has been misusing her power that is why i suffered loss of interest.
I am bonafide account bearer of your uco branch dwarka.
Your dwarka brach is helpless to their customer service.

Card was blocked by customercare & the complainant was lodged with the branch manager an fir was filed at rajpur police station
Please look into the matter & amount may be credited back to my account

Dear sir, i did a upi transaction of rs. 4000 on 16th october but it was failed at that time. Further on the next day i received a message of money deduction of same amount. I complained to the bank but it has not been resolved yet. Neither it has been credited to the payee whom i tried to send the money. Please help me.

Uko bank branch rath district hamirpur uttar pradesh sanction a loan amount of 253000 on date of[protected] on the base of land katoni registered name rajaram son of dayaram and his age is more than 74 years and this land is disputed and also a case file in this land
Of sdm court rath and case is in going on
So how u sanction this loan amount without verification this means this is case
Of fraud by uko bank branch rath.
So plz enquiry this and answers me otherwise i will submit a case of 420 against a bank.

Dear sir my account in uco bank, raj nagar extension ghaziabad icfc code is ucba00002903 account no [protected] name prashant kumar. On 22 november 2017 sum of 9000 rupees refunded in my account by amazon online shopping websitebut till now that money is not reflected in my account.
Reference number provided by amazon is #igachdehje1. Please take action immidetly and plesase reflectmy money in my account.

I recharge ₹ 459 my jio no. From google tez app. It showed successful recharge i checked my jio app but there no recharge came and my amount ₹ 459 was deducted from account i called to google service center and tell them my situation they replied from tez app succeed your recharge only the bank responsible for deduct amount but not send amount to further.

A seller from ebay due to some inconvenience refunded my money on 29th nov 2o17. The money didn't get reflected in my account so i contacted ebay. I was told the money had been refunded from their side and it was the bank who held it. I was asked to contact the uco bank. I emailed them but didn't get a response.
The reference number for the refund is jur[protected].

I complaint many times to bank branch but that was not responding. I used indicash atm at ramganj, jaipur atm id - nfuc0000 on 2 oct 2017. I withdrawal 2000 rupee but i got two messages for 2000 and 4000 deduct from my account. Johari bazar uco bank branch couldn't do anything.
I complaint against this and bank manager told me wait for a week to resolve my complaint. After that he told me for 30 to 45 day waiting for legal action against atm third party but still unresolved.

I've checked your order and can see that refund of rs.525.00 was processed to your bank account on friday 10 november 2017 at 7:19 pm. It takes 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account depending on your bank's policies.
