I have my salary account with UCO bank, Mount Carmel College, Vasanth Nagar, Banglore (SB A/C [protected])
i happened to swipe UCO bank debit card[protected] on 30/12/2008 in one of the most reputed "jayalakshmi silks" at Cochin for a purchase of Rs 2304.50.It showed DECLINED TWICE, and the lady at the counter said may be there is no enough balance I was sure that there was enough currency. I made the purchase using another credit card.
But to my astonishment, the pass-book says that I have transacted twice with UCO card. (Rs.2304.50 x 2)! I spoke to the branch manager and she asked me to furnish a letter frm the shop.I got it done saying they havent received the amount and now she says it is not possible to reverse the account for some reason of hers.
The transaction showed DECLINED in front of my eyes, no debit card-purchase slip was produced! And how can you deduct from my account for which Im ignorant! why should I suffer for your software bug? How can you deduct the amount for which I'vnt signed on the swipe-chit?

Please reverse the account immediately and do the needful! I regret to inform you that I've been put into immense trouble using your card!

Our FDR no K 306013 dated 11/09/07 matured on 11/09/08 (Uco Bank, Market Quarter Pilani (Rajasthan) Bank code number 0018)of amount Rs 49900/- till date we have not received the amount. From the last two months the bank manager is saying that we are searching for it but no positive reply is given by him. Kindly look into the matter as i am in need of money.

FIRST TIME WHEN IT PROCESS 100/- FAILS AND TAKEN BY NEXT TIME. IN MY ACCOUNT FIRST DEBITED BY 110 AND THEN CREDITED BY 100 AFTER THAT AGAIN IT DEBITED BY 110/- WHAEN I ASK ABOUT MY FIRST 10/- THE FILLENG CENTRE DIDN'T GIVEN ME ANY SATISFACTORY ANS.

Dear Sir.
I am having an online Demat account No.54558185 and trading account no. [protected] from ICICI direct .com. I am having 350 shares o[censored]CO BANK but so far I could not receive my dividend amount declared @ Rs.1/- per share by the board o[censored]CO Bank.
Kindly look into the matter either by yourself or get it done by the officer responsible for sending the dividend amount in my ICICI bank account through ECS.

I have applied for a e-banking username and password on 29th MARCH 2008 at my Branch (OCC Rajgangpur, Sundargarh, Orissa)

After about 2 months, I am yet to receive the e-banking ID and Password. Whenever I approach the Bank authorities, I am being told that we have not received the same from Kolkata since it supposedly is issued from Kolkata UCO branch.

I lodged a complaint on 22nd May on UCO toll free no. [protected]. The call centre fellow was very slow in collecting data from me and stated that my complaint no. is[protected]. Within 48 hrs I will be attended.

No calls I have received yet. Please look into this. It seems the call centre fellows are sitting there to fool us. What service is expected more???

sir my father has been taken loan from uco bank in oct 2007 but that tyey do not discuss about any insurance . but before some days they have widrawal 40000/- rs from my father account for insurence of my father . but we are not agree with this
what should we do in this case
