Uco Bank — Cash counting machines not working

I m from beawar, dist-ajmer (Rajasthan)
The bank branch don't have cash counting machines in working condition since 1 month...
Due to this very incovinientcy is seen in bank..
Bank have only one cashier.. So its consuming so much time.. Bcoz he is counting every bundle manually.. & customers are very unsatisfied with bank staff due to this... Plz solve this as soon as possible..

I made a transactions of rs 20000 uco bank atm to phonepe wallet ...
But transactions failed...and phone pe give me a refund reference number (ARN).
But bank not give me refund.
