Uco Bank — charge dispute refund amount from amazon not reflecting in my account

My refund from amazon which refund reference no is#[protected] of amount 458.00 and it is issued on 7th march 2019 at 12.48pm has not been credited to my account, so far. So please look into the matter, i have ordered a item worth 458 through uco amazon pay upi account no [protected]. At uco bank jhajra dehradun, 248007, as it is almost one week to reflect amount in my account as i am keep checking my mpassbook.
So please sort this out at the earliest.

Updated by Muksee Sir, i would like to know that how much time does it take to resolve as i am reading your review s most of the complaint are unresolved as if the hard earn money which UCO bank is not wishing to return on name of any reason, as in my case i did enquiry from Amazon about refund so they told that from their side the refund amount was released on 7th March and they have given refund reference no also which i have already given to you for further action, thanks for prompt action ..
