Uco Bank — complain about money debited but not returned for a failed transaction | |
I have made a transaction from my UCO bank Account katras more branch via phonepe but the transaction failed yet an amount of 670 got debited from my account and till date hasn't been credited back. The phonepe customer care service told me to file a charge back complaint against the bank but when enquired about it the bank said that it has nothing to do with such online transactions. Moreover the bank said that there are no platforms for registering such grievances in the banks yet. Was this information helpful? | |
