Uco Bank — delay in account opening

Sir, i registered online in uco bank website to open an saving account in uchalan branch code ucba0001010 vill&po uchalan dist burdwan on 21 may and i got application ref. No. [protected] and i am told to visit the branch with kyc for further processing. Today i. E.23rd may i went to bank and ask for opening my account. But the peculiar thing is that i have been told to come next week as they have lot of works to do, all jobs are pending there. I told the officer that i got the the mail and i have been told to visit the branch within 7days. They told you would get the form from here and applied again for opening account. I asked for the form but they didn't give me. How can i get my account opened?? All customers in the bank abuse bank officers for not performing their job seriously. Plz resolve the problem.
