Uco Bank — Didn't receive money in my account | |||||
I have been provided with refund details from amazon.in but have not recieved in account. When cross checked with bank officials, they denied helping it. This is ravi prakasprakash pandey s/o rajendra kumar pandey, on 6th april i ordered blackberry dtek 50 model from amazon.in at a price for rs 19, 996₹ which was prepaid and was paid via my uco bank a/c but then i cancelled the order and asked for refund from amazon.in on 8th april, for which they issued me stating 3-5 business days required to finish up and on 18th april i received a confirming message that they have sent me the money back into my uco bank a/c no - [protected], banashankri branch, bangalore, ifsc code-, but when i cross checked with bank officials they said no money was given by amazon.in to my account. After providing them with refund reference no[protected] * (Given by amazon.in), they were consistently declining the request, further i requested for charge dispute on this case but they refused this too. I sincerely request to everyone involved to please take further action as soon as possible and help me in getting my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
