It has been about six months since i opened an account with uco bank but i am so frustrated to see their service. First, your customer helpline is damn irritating as no one is available for 15-20 minutes and this has happened each time i called. Also it sucks that the local landline number is never addressed by the branch and my branch is dhurwa branch of ranchi. Most of the times, their phone is either not working or no one picks up, in fact my call has never been answered, no matter i tried multiple times for days. Its internet and mobile banking service too sucks like hell, no temporary user id and password was ever sent on mobile. I sent a mail on hoe_banking. [protected]@ucobank.co.in which received no response, i have complained several times to customer helpline but no action. I stay outside ranchi and in december 2017 went to the branch asking for activation of internet banking, they said they shall send the user id and password but no, they didn't. Each time they will say go and give an application to the branch, but how many applications are to be given and how is it possible from someone not in ranchi be physically present and go to their branch to submit an application. Same with mbanking, they ask for mpin tpin whatever which the hell i don't know as no such temporary pin was ever sent. I try going online to change it by otp on my phone but uco bank services are so slow that they even send otp in half an hour. Next time, in my hometown, i am going to close me account. And i request you never trust uco bank service, it really sucks and is too slow for today's fast services like other banks. Was this information helpful? |
