UCO Bank — Family pension not yet started

Sir i vilash devi having a saving a/c in uco bank. My husband late nathu sahoo's pension has been credited on this a/c. Last year my husband has been expired on 07th march 2016. I have submitted all the related documents to transfer the pension to family pension scheme in jugsalai branch jamshedpur. I had submitted my documents to assistant manager mr. Girish on 07th june 2016. But mr. Girish was not process the same on that time.in jan 2017 when my pension got stooped i went to bank branch to inquire the problem. The bank branch manager mr. Ashish gupta told me that my documents has not been process.. Once again i had submitted all my documents on 15th feb 2017. But still the pension is not started. Pension is the only source of my life and having so many credit in the market. Facing so much problem.
