[Resolved] Uco Bank — I am complaining about the issue facing of education loan , harassment by bank . | |||
I am writing this letter over the issue I am facing during the fee payment of my bachelor's degree. I have taken education loan from your bank last year as it is the one of the renowned and trusted bank according to which (policy) bank is responsible for the all the academic fee payments till the completion of my degree but now when I visited the bank and ask them for the submission of my 5th semester fee, they are denying to do that just because I haven't appeared in my 4th SEM examination yet as I am the lateral entry student (LEET) and we all are also aware of the pandemic going on due to which our exams kept on postponing and also our 3rd Sem revaluation exam result is also pending just because of this pandemic no one can do anything in this and bank authorities are asking me to show up the result till 4th sem after which they will pay my academic fees, How it is possible for me as according to my college policy it is necessary to pay the next semester fee before appearing in the examination of the current or ongoing semester, I am having pressure from the College authorities to pay the fees of next semester only then I will be eligible for appearing in my 4th SEM examination . Also, during the process of education loan there was no such policy described to me.whenever i used to go to bank witj this isue they dont give any valid point . they are harrassing me and my parents. I want to bring to your notice that I am undergoing severe mental anguish and embarrassment at work that continues at home as tension and stress about coming to work the next day. The harassment is affecting my relationship with my family and is affecting my performance at work because I know I could concentrate better if I was not afraid of when the next jibe would come. I request that you kindly take up the matter and take any necessary action. So I request the bank to pay my 5th semester academic fee or kindly give me a solution or suggestion that what else can I Do to resolve this issue. Jul 22, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved today i visited bank, by giving certain documents the issued me tha fee . thnx to uco bank. UCO Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
