Uco Bank — I have transferred rs 4999 to some other bank account wrongly.

Dear sir, i am a college student and i have been trapped in an online fraud of rs 9998
Which is transferred from my uco bank account to an hdfc account. A phone call came to me and told that i have won cash rewards of 18000 and he told me that he would send me the monry when i transfer him 10000 rs which would be refunded in my accout within 5 min. His phone no. Is going switch off from the the moment he has cut yhe call.
