Dear sir with reference to the above mentioned subject i want to inform you that as on 14.02.2019 i make an imps transaction of rs. 6000 from my account no.[protected] to benificiary of kotak mahindra bank account no.[protected]. This transaction is declined due to technical failer by your bank and amount of rs.6000 decuted. So please refund this amount in my account
