I am using my atm at axis bank

Showing transaction declined
Unable to process but problem is that
After 1 hour means (21:10) i got a message from uco bank is rs 2000 is withdrawn on your debit card 6070*4299on 12/09/17
20:06:55 axis bank ltd, hyderabad atm id nfuc0000 avl balance is 15, 489.90. Sir please help my money is unknowingly cut

Updated by Prasenjit Mandal I tried to withdraw rs2000 from (Axis bank ltd at bahadur pally villege, hyderabad, t. S atm id nfuc 0000) using my uco bank card the transaction was declined at that time (20:06) transaction was declined (Transaction no 1667). Later after 1 hour i recieved message from uco bank ltd rs 2000 is withdrawn from on my account. I contacted customercare but i dont get any help please sir help me return back my money as soon as possible
