Uco Bank — my refund not reflect in my account since 20 days

Amazon shopping billing team has confirmed that we’ve issued a refund to your original payment method / bank account]for rs. 1049 on 22.09.2019 the amount should reflect in your bank account statement or credit card statement after refund date + 5 business days. The reference number for the refund is[protected]
But i didn't get my refund till now it's about 2 week... I use to transaction through upi
So plz solve my problem.. I also went to near by branch o[censored]co bank.. But they didn't know how to solve the issue.. So i request to u plz solve my issue..
