Uco Bank — my refund which is initiated by amazon is not reflecting

As my amount 3999rs is initiated by amazon on 21 september 2019 but it has not been reflected in my account till now. I went to bank they denied to take responsibility. So please i requested you to kindly reflect my amount in my account number [protected]
