Uco Bank — Refund amount not credited back to the uco bank account

I have an account in uco bank by the name of Amish Gupta. The ifsc code is ucba0000628. My accountRefund Reference no is 74332747091709067291340 but amount is not added in my account so please check the reference id in your customer care and please solve my problem. I am trying your customer care no since last 5days but no one attended my call.The refund details given by Amazon are: Authorization code for sale transaction 488454

The company (Amazon)says that the refund amount is processed by them but amount is not credited by the bank(Uco bank). please take action immediately and plesase dispute my money in my account as soon as possible else I will have to take further action on this matter.
