Dear, I have an account by the name vishal rangra acc no [protected] in branch ucba0001150. I have buy some thing on amazon by online and i am return this item and amazon refund my money on 23th march and 27th march but till date no refund receipt, which auth code is 606086 and reference id is [protected] & 704026 and the transaction reference id is 4902651902826874903062. I have also contact in my branch but their's staff are very careless they don't realized anyone's problem. It is pointed out thad last year the family painson of smt uma davi mukherjeehad stooped timely submit her life certificate 9.02.2016 it was imediately releasedby you this year the same thing has been repeted although she has submited her life certificate in time poor lady has no other source of earing this is a great harasement to her thankyu
