Uco Bank — refund initiated by amazon but not get in the account yet.

My name id Khushboo Haldwania and I had ordered a Nova quick cut small plastic handy chopper of 319 Rs in Amazon on 22 September 2019 and after that, I returned this order after 3 to 4 days due to personal reason. And on date 30 September 2019 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number( 0R9X0LO90000K0OCK4PZ) and told me to fill charge dispute form but UCO bank doesn't have such policy. so please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
