Uco Bank — refund never processed

My refund was initiated from amazon on 29 march. Refund amount 445 rupees. I had contacted my bank branch and uco bank customer care but they are not responding. And i mail to customer care they said to visit branch and branch said to call customercare and no of customer care is unavailable
