Uco Bank — refund of inr 10000 as not withdrawn from atm

I've a saving a/c no:[protected] in my name sayeeda hussain in sector 28, fardibad (Haryana). On 3 march-18, as i was in need of cash i tried to withdraw from hdfc atm in sector 1, huda market, manesar, gurgaon (Haryana) but cash not received. Fotr this amt was debited & credited back in my a/c. Then i tried to withdraw from icici atm of same market but not received cash. So again tried for third time, & got inr 10 k cash. Now my a/c is showing withdrawl of inr 10, 000 2 times although received only 1time.
I submitted a request letter to uco bank, sector 1, imt manesar, gurgaon (H. R) on 5 march-18 & following up till date by visiting bank again & again but no refund yet. Request yo to please look into the matter & do the needful at earliest.
Kindly let me know if any other information is required from my side.
