Uco Bank — refund processed but not reflected in account

I had ordered an item from amazon. But somehow, i canceled the product, i had already paid. They showed the refund has been processed on 23rd oct. But till now, that money has not been reflected in my account.. My refund reference no. Is[protected].. Please help!!! It's been very long... I 2as expected to receive the refund before 31st oct.. Bt till now, not received the money...
