UCO Bank — Request to Correct CIBIL Status of Loan A/C no. [protected]

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am Mr. Bikash Kumar Behera was a customer o[censored]CO bank, Agrahat Branch Charbatia-754028, borrower of Term Loan under the PMEGP–MSME Scheme, Loan A/C No. [protected]. The loan was closed on 01.08.2023 through OTS, as confirmed in the loan closure certificate issued by the branch on 02.08.2023, which states that there is no liability on the borrower.

A copy of the NOC is attached for reference.

However, my CIBIL report is showing the loan status as “Suit Filed”, which is factually incorrect.

I request the branch to kindly update the CIBIL status to “Settled (OTS)” as per the closure certificate and loan record. If for any reason correction cannot be done, I request the branch to provide valid reason why the branch has reported the loan status in CIBIL as “Suit Filed”?

I request your prompt action in updating the correct loan status.
