Uco Bank — Return refund from amazon.in not received in my bank account | |||||
Dear sir, My account in uco bank branch ifsc code is ucba0002021 account no [protected] name maya. Sir i ordered 3 sarees in 880rs on 17 jun 2020 from amazon.in and then i returned 2 sarees so they send me 258rs refund reference no is [protected] on 28 jun2020 and 274rs refund reference no is 30005401830169151444420 on 17 july 2020. But i don't received these amounts in my account. When i contact in my bank about this issue they said me to gave them an application about this matter and contact again in 30 to 45 days. But after 50 days when i contact them they said me that they can't track this money. So please check the refrence id in your cosutomer care and please solve my problem. And uco customer care said that they can't track this refund reference no and they don't have service like this. They told me that they can only check my account transactions and account statement only. They trying to fool me. This amount ids given by amazon.in my account. The company says transaction was done by us and please contact to your bank customer care. But amount can not be transferred in my accunt. So please take action immediately and plesase dispute my money in my account. It has been more than 50 days already.
