Uco Bank — Too much delay in crediting refund into my account

My refund from amazon bearing refund reference number[protected] dated 3/5/17 have not been credited to my account yet. Moreover the customer care service o[censored]co bank never receives call. I was on the line for 30minutes waiting for a customer service executive to receive my call, but nobody received the call.in this situation when i called amazon, they told me to lodge a complaint or grievance in the bank's official site. I did that but still the amount has not been credited to my account. So, i want uco bank to look into the matter and give me the credit urgently and also at the same time improve the response system of their customer care service.
