Uco Bank — Transaction failed but amount not refunded | |||
Hello sir, i am m shravan rao, a uco bank customer with account no. [protected]. On 5-6-2020, i had made an online transaction of rs. 3351 through my debit card to recharge a videocon customer id 83676746. The amount was debited from my account, but my videocon displayed that the transaction had failed. Its more than 48 hours now and the amount is not yet refunded. So i hereby urge you to look into this matter seriously and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
