Uco Bank — uco bank does not refund the money refunded to me by a seller from ebay

A seller from ebay due to some inconvenience refunded my money on 29th nov 2o17. The money didn't get reflected in my account so i contacted ebay. I was told the money had been refunded from their side and it was the bank who held it. I was asked to contact the uco bank. I emailed them but didn't get a response.
The reference number for the refund is jur[protected].
My a/c no. [protected].
Kindly help.
