I order a electricity bill of rupee 875.98 from Amazon and pay with uko bank card of account no [protected].But some reason it failed so amazon refund it to my account but Refund from Amazon not added to my account.The refund reference no is[protected] given by amazon.in.The refund date is 02/1/2019 But till it is not added to my account.I called several times to their customer care center but nobody there to take the call. I have an account of sbi named govindraj kaurav account number [protected] and brnch code is sbin0001309 i used atm o[censored]co bank arera hills bhopal for 1000 rs. My amount is deducted from my account but neither refunded to my account nor dispensed from uco bank atm machine.Now what to do?
