Uco Bank — Unable to provide resolution about my blocked amount. | |
I mistakenly placed an ASBA application while I was applying for another IPO through UCO Bank's e-Banking portal dated 22-01-21 which blocked about Rs. 10, 000 from my account balance. As soon as I realized, I tired to Withdraw/Cancel my ASBA application on the portal. But the portal had technical issues and I wasn't able to cancel/withdraw my application. I contacted the UCO Bank Support and even sent many emails regarding my issue but I haven't received any update or resolution. As my amount should be unblocked if no equity/shares are allocated, I contacted the Registrar of the IPO Issue on 30-01-21. They confirmed that I wasn't allotted any shares and they've initiated Refunds for the one's who haven't got any allotment. It's been about a month now that I haven't got my amount unfrozen. I tried and am contacting Support everyday through emails and calls but my emails are left unanswered and calls being told to call back later. I'm really frustrated repeated calling and contacting and concerned about getting my amount back. I request you to pls look into the issue at the earliest and get my amount back (unblocked).
