Uco Bank — Unnecessary harassment to customer | |||
I would like to inform you that the nalbari branch of your bank is unnecessarily harassing the customers by asking them to comply with various requirements. I and my family have several accounts in the bank, which the bank is not allowing me to access. The bank staff has said that the accounts has been freezed due to non-submission of kyc forms. As per the rbi guidelines, the accounts can be partially freezed only after giving due notice to the customer. However, i have not received any such notice till date and my accounts are freezed. Various customers are harassed by the bank by misguiding them and asking them at very short intervals to resubmit the kyc. I am unable to take such repeated harassment and therefore would like to request you to kindly close my accounts and take necessary actions for the betterment of public at large.
