Ugc Net — students presenting fake marksheet for UGC grants

I want to alert you about a student who has appeared in UGC Net examination June 2013 at Delhi center with roll number 17060003. he has qualified NET in the history. the name of the student is sanjay kumar fathers name is chhote lal. The above mentioned student is pursuing phd from veer kunwar singh university Ara Bihar under the supervision of professor Deepak. He has presented MA Degree from CMJ university meghalaya which is a fake one. He is withdrawing grants from your distinguished organization.
