My name is TULSIDAS KHANCHAND HEMNANI. I have purchased a flat from ACME INFRASTUCTURE, Address; E-501, ADITYA GREENS, CHANDKHEDA, GANDHINAGAR.My Consumer no is-[protected], Even after completion of all formalities, Name of consumer is not changed on energy bill. It is still in the name of Builder M/s ACME INFRASTRUCTURE

In the reference of the above consumer number i would like to request you pls do arrangement of Cheque Box while paying through cheque also we have wait atleast one hour in queue & the other thing i would like to tell you that i was forced to pay rs 100 on 13-01-14 when i went to pay my bill otherwise they were not ready to accept the cash because i was paying 4 months bill this was reason given but the reciept was given of Reconnection Charges & also my last outstanding was rs 4423 whereas in new bill came rs 4461 so my question to you is this if the company s rule are of taking any type of charge as taken by me can be generated in new bill why your collection persons are forcing us pay i was moved to 3 different tables for quering the same and atlast pinakin named person attented and told this is our rule. I hope you will understand the situation and do needfull so that consumers are not cheated & became slaves at your counters. As according to me this can be called WHITE CORRUPTION.


Waiting for your reply & hope amount will refunded which in above 2 ways have been taken by me.

The above complain is done and no one is responding.

In Gandhinagar UGVCL bill payment window Mr. Kamlesh V. He is bill connection person. Before Recessed time 1:30 pm he told time is over come after 2:30. Actually I am coming at 1:20 pm. But t he not receive payment. His senior also reply same. Only 2 people standing in a Q.
This type of management in UGVCL ?

Sub: Issuing unauthorised electric meter without our permission. When we sent a letter stating that you should have written permission of owner of the house. They ignored and issued the electric meter with name Chandulal Thakkar. After that we had communicate through email. none of the emial was replied by them and finally we send a notice to them they inquired the same problem but no action. They have not any single document on which they approved the electric meter.
kindly do favour and please see my problem and give us justice. I will provide all necessary documents.
