[Resolved]  UGVCL — Consumer No.[protected] Bill Paid for November 2014 on line but its status showing pending

My consumer number is [protected] and I paid bill for November 2014 of Rs.1070.29 on line on 25.11.2014 and amount has already been debited to my Punjab National Bank Account but the status is showing as "PENDING' till this time. Neither amount has been refunded to my account.The process Id is 10-[protected] .
