Today, I have got a letter from UGVCL (see attachment UGVCL_DepositLetter.pdf) for deposit difference amount.
I understand the concern that my unit is higher then the avg unit so I need to pay difference of deposit.
In reference of that, I would need few data and information from you.
- As it is mentioned that my used unit is higher then the avg. So, in this what is the comparision data (The Average), from which avg you are comparing and concluding. Please provide me the comparision unit or the calculation if any.
- if there is any calculation then I request to provide the calcution values as well or what basis that calculation is happening.
- And as mentioned it is for the year 21-2022 so, It means Apr 2021-Mar 2022, the financial year or something else? So, I could check my all bills calculation as per that.
- How you are calculating the security deposit amount 11247? And when I paid that 5077? Could I see that in my any bill or anywhere else?
As mentioned in the letter I have to pay the amount within 30 days, So I request you to reply ASAP so I could pay this on time and I will not have to pay the surcharge, please.
