Respected Sir/Ma'm,
Today, I have got a electricity bill from UGVCL.
I understand the concern that my unit is higher then the avg unit so I need to pay difference of deposit.
In reference of that, I would need few data and information from you.
- As it is mentioned that my used unit is higher then the avg. So, in this what is the comparision data (The Average), from which avg you are comparing and concluding. Please provide me the comparision unit or the calculation.
- if there is any calculation then I request to provide the calcution values as well or what basis that calculation is happening.
- Also In the last bill also there was a security deposit that I have paid, and that time one employee of the UGVCL told me that this is for first time only, but now I got my second bill and in this also it is mentioned that I have to pay a security deposit of Rs.1317
- How you are calculating the security deposit amount 1317?
I request you to reply ASAP so I could pay this bill on time and I will not have to pay the surcharge.
