ખેરાલુમાં વૃંદાવન ચોકડી પર આવેલી અક્ષરધામ સોસાયટીની મેન થ્રી ફેઝ લાઈનમાં અક્ષરધામ પહેલા આવેલ પ્રમુખ નગર સોસાયટી માં આવેલ થાંભલા ઉપર એક ઇન્સ્યુલેટર આગળ સતત ૧૫ દિવસથી સ્પાર્કિગ થાય છે અને તેના કારણે આ ફેજ થીમળેલ લાઈટમાં સોસાયટીના દસેક ઘરમાં લાઈટ ડીમ ફુલ થાય છે.

    મહેસાણા જિલ્લાના ખેરાલુ ગામમાં વૃંદાવન ચોકડી નજીક આવેલ અક્ષરધામ બંગ્લોઝની ડીપીમાં થાંભલા ઉપર અને હાઈટેન્શન લાઈન ઉપર વેલાઓ ચડી ગયા છે અને ડીપીના કમ્પાઉન્ડમાં ઘાસ અને ઝાડ ઉગી ગયા છે ચોમાસાની ઋતુમાં અકસ્માતનો ભય વધી ગયો છે. જરૂરી કાર્યવાહી કરવા નમ્ર વિનંતી છે.

        I have paid an amount of Rs. 1536.46 to SBI INTERNET BANKING PAYMENT, through your payment gateway. Amount has been deducted from my STATE BANK OF INDIA but message shows "session has timed out"

        I have not received any acknowledgement no. & receipt.

        However, the amount Rs. 1536.46/- has been deducted from the My STATE BANK OF INDIA account. On contacting the bank, the following are the details I obtained regarding the transaction

          Electricity is being stolen in our area. People living here are stealing electricity by adding another wire to their electricity meter. An electric person steals electricity by connecting some other wire to the meter. And other people's electricity bill gets higher.

          When the electricity comes for checking, the people who steal electricity remove the wire from their meter and are not caught stealing because other people inform them.

          I hope you will take immediate action on this matter.

              Billdesk Ugvcl bill payment error

              To whomsoever it may concern, I Sandip Prajapati made payment to UGVCL for bill payment of Rs 324.07 but due to error payment not done and page appears error and also my money is debited from my account. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

                        Our May-June(2022) electricity will come around 11000 plus amount. and it is very huge. We are living in 2 BHK same house around 7+ years but the electricity bill not bigger then 6000. But this time it is unpredictable.

                        So we also complaint this in UGVCL office chandkheda, Ahmedabad and also paid amount 118 Rs. to check the problem why this time bill is so huge.

                        In our house all are doing job. We only have One AC but it is only running in night when whether is hot. not every day it is running.

                        So Please help to look this. After complaining it is still not solve and we have to pay the bill amount.

                              I'm a resident of Nana chiloda, Ahmedabad. During monsoon, we experience lots of power cuts without any reason. Electricity is unavailable for straight 7-9 hours during maintenance no matter even if it's summer, you're left with no choice but to call their customer care and they disconnect your call. Pathetic service.

                                Electric cut off

                                Its clear scam by ugvcl . Every often there is power cut off without any valid reason . Its daily cutoff and not one time a day, 2-3 times power cut off .. I live in Gokuldham shantipura circle, Ahmedabad.. its ashame for such govt companies not providing proper service while they charge you full amount... After payin 20, 000₹ still you have power cut off every often without reason is not ok... Please 🙏 look into this matter seriously...

                                  Dear Sir, My customer number is [protected] at UGVCL Ahmedabad, Chandkheda, The said customer number is on the name of "URVI HARESHBHAI DAVE". I paid my electricity bill of 8884.53 Rs online via online portal bill desk today at 09:50 AM via my netbanking account. My account has been debited for 8884.53 Rs, but the portal has not redirected to UGVCL site and I had not received confirmation message of bill payment. In short, my transaction has been failed.
