UGVCL — Paid electricity bill on wrong consumer number

I paid my this month electricity bill from paytm of Rs 500/- on consumer number [protected] instead of [protected]...

Due to printing mistake on hard copy of bill i paid amount on wrong consumer number... payment was done on 5th September... Till date i did not receive my amount back as consumer number was wrong...

kindly do the need full as soon as possible...
