The bill reader mr. Tusharbhai who gives the bill after taking the reading and calculation, he throws the carbon paper in front of my house.     I here with attached photos of electricity bill. I have already two months ago complain of the same your toll free number but no solution regarding ujala emi 150/-. I have not purchase any product o[censored]jala (Ugvcl) but i have shown last two bill ujala emi in bill. And told me your from side yoou have deducted 150/- emi paid your bill then i have done but my new generate bill and also added ujala emi and last emi was also added 150/- but i have no purchased item however i paid?
    I hope so you understand my problem and needful help from your side.

      I have purchased home as second owner. I had appiled for name change with all necessary documents and name change charges on dated 11.10.2018 via receipt no. Wg611486. They have informed me your name will change within 30 days, if not please re-visit our office. The name i had checked online but the name was not changed. After 41 days i have re-visited ugvcl office for same issue. They have told me to pay 558 ruppes against security deposit. I have paid the same on 22.11.2018 via receipt no. Xx984087. Again dated 01.12.2018 i have checked the name online. The name was not changed by ugvcl. After paying so many charges they are not listing to me.

      I do bill payment from mobikwik.but payment was fail and amount debited from my bank account.
      Not buy ujala bulb but 150 rs 4 time in bill my compain solution
      Sir, in my residence the supplied voltage is ranging 250v to 260 volts. This should be corrected to 220to 240volts range for the sake of safety as well as the over billing due to high voltage.W=V x I. If v increases W increases hence the Wh of my bill also increases. Please correct is at the earliest.

        I live in chharodi, ahmedabad.in my flat the power supply is provided by ugvcl. Every day the company cuts the power for 10 mins or more without any reasons. I can understand the power cut in monsoon, but its winter. It is tolerable if the power cuts once in a month. The daily frequent power cut has damaged my refrigerator and the power company is not going to pay me for the damage caused by this power cut. The nation is gonna be digital and we are still having such kind of issues. Please consider this.

        Whether LED bulb scheme is continue?

        Where I can change LED bulb which are not working, as per guarantee provided for lifetime.

        At MEHSANA I have been replied as scheme is over no exchange allowed.
        Not buy ujjala bulb but company in bill add 75rs 1 time emi you are action my complain
        Very poor connectivity in radhanpur road area... Every single day light is gone and come after 2 and 3 hours... Today light is gone at 11 pm... And whole night light is not arrived

          I have already paid all the bills. My consumer number is [protected]. I paid october november and december january bills on 7th march through phonepe. I have the screenshots also as proofs but still i have been charged again with the new bill of february march. Kindly refund my money that is waive off the double charges. My email id is d. P.           Nobody responds over the phone while trying to log a complaint of interrupted power supply. Even that no is not getting connected and have to try calling them multiple times.
          Also there is no prior notice of power interruption is given and cut the power.
          How can ugvcl charge service charge? When there is no proper services.
          I have ugvcl customer. But my area power supply is regularly 1 week night power supply is off or deem light and I have call the My area geb office but that number is every time continues busy... I request to please permanent problem solution...

            I paid inr 100 as re-connection charges on 29 mar 2018 @ your gota branch (This office is very difficult to locate). The officer said to me that by evening he will be sending technicians to restore the connection. However, it did not happen.
            From 30 mar 2018 to 06 apr 2018, i went thrice to your gota office requesting them to send technicians to restore the connection. Each time they would give me a time line (For example by 12.00 pm, by 1.00 pm, by 6.00 pm) by which connection would be restored. But each time it did not happen
            I was facing lot of trouble due to no electricity @ my home and also lot of my time and energy was wasted here. Finally on 07 apr 2018 (10 days - after me paying late charges), i went to your gota office and asked them to send a technician with me right away. The officer looking @ my situation and concern, sent a technician with me.
            The technician came and restored the connection (Hardly 2 mint job). But then the problem started

            The technician demanded to give 200 inr to him. I quizzed him for what should i pay him. I had already paid for late charges 10 days ago. This is company's responsibility to ensure services are being rendered on time, especially since late charges are already paid.
            The technician said he did me a favor by restoring the connection else it would be off for more days.
            Also, he said that he would be around in the area and i will need him since ugvcl will be cutting connection on regular basis.
            After lot of discussion i gave him 50 inr and asked him to leave.

            I simply fail to understand such unethical behavior by one of your technician. If i had to bring in a technician and pay him then why is the company charging me 100 inr as connection charges.

            Ps:
            - i do not know the name of the technician. But can describe him (He has restricted eye sight/vision). He is stationed at your gota branch.

                I want to pay the bill amount for Feb-2018 online but bill details not updated in portal, it shows the details for the bill of Nov-2017. last date for payment is[protected].

                I have made the compliant trice online through portal but they ( Mehsana office ) had guided me on my mobile that to the send one email to samir.[protected]@ugvcl.com.
                Made One call on Tele No. [protected] on[protected] & they advised me to come to the UGVCL office for its rectification.

                Is it necessary to attend the ugvcl office for any online transactions ?

                Please amend it for early online payment

Bcz GEB is charged cost on per unit price...if the unit is more then GEB is charge higher charges...so is their any circular to send light bill send at end of 2 months????                     I am patel manilal vitthaldas from kharasada (Di-mehsana, ta-mehsana).
                    My consumer number is [protected]. I have already paid electricity bill of the last two months (August-september) 393 rs.
                    Now the actual problem occurs. The bill of the month october-november given by ugvcl board is only 403.78 rs but they are showing my bill 403.78+117.68=521.46 rs.
                    The amount of rs 117.68 is given as pending bill of last month but there is no pending bill of last months. So kindly consider my problem and do the needful.
                    Here i am also attaching the documents regarding this issue so kindly go through it.

                        First you don't give bill on time & no reminders for bill payment... Now my connection is cut and i have already paid my remaining bill... No idea to whom i have to contact for power resume as customer care both numbers are not responding have tried many times... Im new in this place hence wasn't aware about the billing period...                           Whenever my bill generates they add 200 to 300 extra rs to it, saying that someone else got loan by purchasing (Government providing bulbs). I didn't purchased any thing like that. They are saying someone else bought that on my bill. How is this system works how can they allow anyone to do that without identity conformation? Or is there any step taken by ugvcl operators? Many o[censored]s get this problem so it is a very serious matter of black money and curruption

                            I am UGVCL consumer with no. [protected] using power supply since 2011 at the residence in a 2bhk flat of Shri Balaji Agora Residency, Sughad that comes under Ugvcl chandkheda/Motera sub division.
                            My avg bill for the last 12 months has been approx[protected] Rs. with the daily use of TV, Fan, Lights, Refrigerator and minimal use of washing machine, AC and microwave.
                            For the usage month of April-May, I encountered a bill of 6800 INR which I paid receiving

                            However, for the month of June-July, when there was not a single use of AC, still I received the UNBELIEVABLE bill of 16000 INR + and even further complaining to UGVCL customer care, sub division head office, nobody is giving any solution and is just rather giving ####### excuses with their rude behavior.

                            Only solution they have to tell is to have meter check done after 115/- payment and if the meter is running properly and if you have wiring issue, you would have to pay this bill either in one shot or installments.

                            We are only begging, asking and appealing strongly to show us the report of how suddenly after 5 yrs, this bill shows 2400 units o[censored]sage which is so uncommon for a 2bhk flat with as normal and same appliances and hence to revise the bill to avg. Its not just will disturb my monthly savings but also this is so unfair being from a part of gvt company.

                            This is how consumers are being cheated either by irregular power cuts, or faulty meter or surprising huge bills.
                            PLEASE STOP THE LOOT.

                              There is constantly low voltage from two hours at 28, akshar residency, nana chiloda. And this is a frequently occurring problem at our place. Our electrical equipments are getting damaged. The 24*7 toll free number does not exist. And rest other complaint numbers are constantly busy since an hour.. Kindly look into the matter seriously.

                              As I have applied for the shifting of a cable line (Kunj line) on[protected]. And paid the sum of 31707 as the Charge of Cable shifting fees on[protected]. and today[protected] work is not done yet. as I have visited the office (Idar) the Officer said more fifteen days but he was not able to tell the exact date.

                                Average bill is ₹242, ₹343.29, ₹365.70 etc.
                                I am using 1 fan 1 led bulb & freeze
                                A.c. we are not using, so it seems meter go fast. Even we house was locked for 12 days.

                                  I have paid full payment of last bill.
                                  As my meter status is F .
                                  I have complained to office but there is no response from your side.
                                  The meter reader gave me a average bill of last three months.
                                  It is not proper because this is the first time of F status, not the last three billing period.
                                  my last bill was 2230.16 Rs. and fully paid.and meter status Normal.
                                  It is my request that please change (replace the faulty meter) the meter and give me appropriat bill.

                                    sir I live with my wife and my doughter and son and i used light approx rs. 900-1000Rs. beacause my society all member pay light bill aprox 400-900 rupees only. we are use light of tv 4-5 hour and washingmashin used 8day -10days every month and one fun used.

                                        I was under impression that after the privatization of GEB to this UGVCL and other vij company ltd they must have improved their services but appears that it even in worse state than ever before!

                                        I had logged a complaint with the UGVCL customer care with the complaint number 4214572 and tried almost 50 times calling customer care but no one is freaking responding! "All our customer care executive are busy (Busy doing what ??????? Doing whatsapp, FB, Gaming, eating Masalas or something else!!!)

                                        They sends hell lot of reminder if the due date of your electricity bill is nearby but not responding to a customer the way they should! Its been 24 hours and I'm just waiting...

                                        I wish I could have been served by Torrent rather this UGVCL

                                        Worst Electricity provider is UGVCL,
                                        yesterday whole night there wasn't power supply without any genuine factors
                                        almost every alternate week there is power cuts/fluctuations.
                                        There should be banned on this company or it should be rather merged with Torrent.

                                        is there any idea when torrent will come to chandkheda area??

                                        This company has to be the worst electricity provider. I am writing this at 5.22 am. The power went off at 3 and I lost my sleep and mood horribly. The customer care number is just a joke. They tell you to wait and within few seconds, the call gets disconnected automatically. Poor customer response and pathetic service will screw this company sooner or later. It is such a disgrace to be a customer of this madness!
                                        UGVCL...nothing to talk about it.
                                        There is no comparison between Torrent and UGVCL.
                                        The worst ever experience after I shifted to a location from Torrent to UGVCL area.

                                        In last 5 years, I experienced only power off for 4 times and if counted in minutes the total will come to a mare 15 minutes...and when with UGVCL I am experiencing like in a he'll. Almost 3 times a week there is power shut down and sometimes it is for 4 to five hours in a day.
                                        I cannot imagine how the ###### UGVCL works...just a little rain...power shut down.
                                        Little wind power shut down, these are extra apart from just unwarranted shut down.

                                        If Torrent can manage the 5 Star service why the hell this UGVCL cannot provide.

                                        These people are so relaxed that they even not care for the customer.

                                        Power distribution should be privatised..
                                        Otherwise imagine in telecom sector...you have only BSNL to choose from how you can feel?? You can have mobiles but no network...funny is not it???
                                        Some one should take strict action against such pathatic government service providers.
