I have raised three below three claims in the Nov, 2022 and got confirmation from the customer care executive that claims were settled.
The OPD claim process at that time was we need to send all necessary claim proof hardcopies by post to the head office and after verification those will upload in the medvantage portal. Then I cross checked in the portal about the claims and saw someone replaced my cheque details in my claim proofs. And claim amount got transferred to that bank account without verifying the account number. Now The status showing settled for all three claims.

It's been a serious issue that money was transferred to an account number which did not even link my name. Your team hasn't verified the account holder's name before sending the money.
I have been following up on this since November, 2022, till now and didn't get any response from your side.
