Uhcp (Unitedhealthcare Parekh) — Medical claim process

Hi i am with uhcp member for the past 8 years and my member id 1269676. Last december my mother admitted in the hospital for the brain tb and in my state the uhcp network hospital is closed so i admitted in another 24/7 emergency hospital. After the discharge i submitted my claim with uhc on jan 24 and all the required and mandatory documents are submitted and they approved the claim also. But still they are not giving the settlement i did lot of follow up on mail and customer call also. But still they are not given the settlement for my claim number 1003221. Entire my family got disappointed with the uhc process and struggled lot with them to process the claim but still not received the settlement. Nearly i spend 1.5 lakh from my hand and i have taken a jewel loan so i am paying the interest. So please help me to get my settlement soon.
