I have raised three below three claims in the Nov, 2022 and got confirmation from the customer care executive that claims were settled.

The OPD claim process at that time was we need to send all necessary claim proof hardcopies by post to the head office and after verification those will upload in the medvantage portal. Then I cross checked in the portal about the claims and saw someone replaced my cheque details in my claim...

Hi i am with uhcp member for the past 8 years and my member id 1269676. Last december my mother admitted in the hospital for the brain tb and in my state the uhcp network hospital is closed so i admitted in another 24/7 emergency hospital. After the discharge i submitted my claim with uhc on jan 24 and all the required and mandatory documents are submitted and they approved the claim also. But still they are not giving the settlement i did...
