UHP Technologies Pvt Ltd — prompt bill payment but never gets updated in airtel system | |||
Our organisation has 21 connections with Airtel over last 2 years. A VERY SAD STATE with Airtel. The Bill payment has been very prompt every month since 2013, But somehow it doesnt get updated in the system and results in disconnection. I spend time reviving the connection. This has not happened once or twice. Its been 2 years I am facing various issues with Airtel . Its very sad to know that we are growing technologically, but forgetting customer service . I have contacted every possible person I could get in touch with in Airtel, I could list the names and share all the communication, if need be. Hopefully this issue is addressed and its causing a huge loss to the business because of the BHARATI Airtel. Request them not to push the customer so much that it leads to unwanted situations both of the parties. Was this information helpful? | |||
