I have placed an order for a Realme 2mobile phone 8490 /-price, order i'd :[protected] dated 021/10/2018 in the company website "uxim.com" through my bank account on 01.10.18. Till 10.10.18, company has not delivered the mobile phone. Their customer care number is not answering . No response in the online chat in their website. Their e mail id is invalid. They are neither refunding the amount or delivering the phone. This company's payment was received by oneway infotech in their yes bank account. Company address: phoenix tech tower, plot no. 14/46, survey no.1 (Part), ida - uppal village and mandal, uppal notified industrial area service society, ranga reddy, hyderabad, telangana 500039. Now i come to know that many persons in india fallen victim to this online shopping fraud. Please take action immediately against this company to prevent other innocent victims falling in this trap.
